Camshaft Timing tool Kit for BMW N62/N73 is used to set cam, valve and VANOS timing on the following BMW engine families: N62 (V8) and N73 (V12).
This kit includes the following tools:
Camshaft alignment fixture used to align and retain the camshafts in the TDC position.
Hold down tool for above.
Timing pin used to lock the crankshaft in the TDC position while performing service work related to engine timing
Rigid chain tensioner.
Crankshaft holding wrench (including spacers to engine block.
Gauge for measuring torque-angle when torquing central crankshaft bolt (includes indicator and pointer).
Crankshaft turning socket (27mm).
